3. You cannot get a refund once the products are ordered from China.

6. The duties will be shared evenly among the slot owners. In case anyone fails in his duties, our team member will be available to appoint another person to do it and a share of the defaulter’s profit will be given to the appointed person in accordance with the level of the work.
7. The choice of product , importation, delivery and other operational activities will be determined by Halal Dollars Team.

9. If a member is inactive for a period of 30 days due to any mishap, his next of kin will be contacted and initial investment will be returned to him.
10. In very rare cases of loss due to uncontrollable circumstances, the loss will be shared by slot owners only.
11. The main purpose of the group is to create an enabling learning environment for the slot members. The slot members are expected to save up their profits to enable them to become independent in the long run.
12. These terms could be changed at any time. They become binding once changed. All the slots owners are expected to check these terms and agreements from time to time. We'll let you know once a change is made.

5. No profit will be given in the first month of our partnership since we’ll still be in the setup stage.
6. This is a profit sharing model and not an interest based model. hence , you will receive #300,000 profit (without referral) and #250,000 profit (with referral) in as much as we make more than #300,000 in profit. In any rare case of us making less than that amount, you will receive 100% of the profit made for that month.
7. The N3m investment will be used to purchase the products, import them, run the ads to sell them and deliver them to the customers. As for other running and operational expenses like websites, staff salaries etc. this will be catered for from Halal Dollars’ share of the profit made.
8. In any rare case of a loss that leads to reduction in the capital invested. The investor will bear all the financial loss while we bear the running and operational loss which involves the cost of website, staff salary and so on.
9. Choice of product, importation , delivery and other operational activities will be determined by Halal DollarsTeam.

11. Incase of any mishap the next of kin will continue to receive the profit share of the investor.
